John H. Williams Jr.
Crystal River Office

Florida native, John considers it a compliment to be known as an
“Old Cracker from Crystal River” and hails from one of
the town’s founding families.
A 1969 graduate of the University of Florida, John obtained his
BSBA Degree with honors and had a concentration in Accounting. He
then obtained his Masters in Business Administration from the University
of Florida in 1971 with a concentration in Finance.
A Certified Public Accountant since 1972, John launched the firm
in 1976, joined a short time later by partner Bob McCranie. John
serves as the head of the firm’s estate and trust tax department
and is well-versed in financial statements, corporate, individual
and estate tax consulting and planning.

Robert E. McCranie, III
Inverness Office
 Born
in Bradenton, Florida, Bob has been a Nature Coast area resident
for the past 30 years.
A Certified Public Accountant since 1970, Bob obtained his AA Degree
from Manatee Junior College in 1967 and then went on to graduate
from the University of South Florida in 1969 with his BA Degree
in Accounting. In his former position as comptroller for the Citrus
County Board of County Commissioners, he implemented the computerization
of all financial and accounting records for Citrus County, including
payroll, journal entries, accounts payable and financial reports.
He also designed, developed, implemented and centralized the purchasing
system, encumbrance accounting system, special assessment accounting
programs, and a fixed asset accounting system.
Possessing considerable knowledge on charitable giving issues, Bob
also focuses on advising governmental and non-profit institutions,
as well as corporate and individual income tax consulting and planning.

J. Paul Cash
Crystal River Office
 A
long-time Florida resident, Paul has lived in the Nature Coast area
for 23 years. He is a graduate of Florida State University where
he received his BS Degree with a major in Accounting and Finance.
A Certified Public Accountant since 1995, Paul’s practice focuses
on individual and corporate tax planning, estate and trust consulting,
corporate, individual and estate taxes, as well as auditing. Paul
also does consulting for churches, non-profit organizations, and
governmental entities.

Robert C. Wardlow, III
Inverness Office
 A
Florida native who was born in Hernando County, Rob has lived in
the Sunshine State his entire life. He is a 1991 graduate of the
University of South Florida and holds a BA Degree with a major in
Accounting.
A Certified Public Accountant since 1994, Rob was formerly an administrator
in the health care industry and believes this knowledge enhances
his focus at Williams, McCranie & Sutton. His primary responsibilities
includes medical practice services, auditing, corporate and individual
taxes, as well as income tax planning.
